Internal Communications

Employee engagement is more important than ever.

We’ve done the research to understand the fundamentals of employee engagement, as well as the new realities brought by hybrid work and new generations in the workforce. Leaders have asked us to “work your magic” with internal communications – inspire a workforce through words, images, and media – and we can do that for you.
The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.

Online Learning Relaunch

When the CHRO of a large multi-national corporation wanted to relaunch its online learning platform for global managers, we worked with its Learning Management System (LMS) provider to craft strategies to re-introduce the online professional development portal.

Communications to this highly-educated audience focused on the benefits, ease of use, career development value, popular courses, and peer achievements. Executive messaging reinforced the importance of continuous learning, and webinars provided end-user training to global leaders. A professional development newsletter highlighted valuable courses, popular content, and learning leaders, driving engagement and course completion. Participation increased more than 5x over six months, achieving ROI goals for the program.

One of the biggest mistakes in change management is not communicating frequently enough. The same message needs to be repeated: ‘This is where we’re going. This is why we’re going there. This is how we’ll get there. This is the impact on you.’
