When the CEO of a global industrial company planned to realign the company’s operations from a regional to an industry-based structure, he requested support for a messaging plan to introduce and implement the new strategy. The shift would enable teams to leverage industry-specific knowledge and solutions across continents, rather than keep such competitive intelligence within continental siloes.
We created written and video messaging to introduce the shift, and developed a global communications platform to share success stories, images and case studies to engage and connect industry teams.
